Common issues

I can't log in to my account.

Try resetting your password via the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If you signed up with Google, use the 'Continue with Google' button instead.

My subscription payment failed.

Check your card details in your account's billing section. Stripe will retry failed payments automatically. If the issue persists, contact me at alphahelmsupport@gmail.com.

I subscribed but still can't see subscriber content.

Log out and log back in — your session token needs to refresh after a subscription change. If the issue persists after re-logging in, email me.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → Billing and click 'Manage subscription'. You can cancel directly from the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if you have not accessed subscriber content. Contact me at alphahelmsupport@gmail.com within that window.
